  • Trisha Jacobson, the owner of Ripple on Silver Lake, is a certified Success Principles trainer and facilitator of Cultural Transformation Tools of the Barrett Values Centre. She loves working with individuals, groups and organizations to clarify vision, build more effective teams, streamline work flow, improving productivity and increase engagement by enhancing culture in the workplace and building connection in  personal and professional relationships.
