CTT is a powerful set of tools used to guide individuals, groups, organizations and leaders to create exciting personal and professional environments designed to promote growth, development, high performance, profitability and a positive experience where everyone is pulling in the same direction. She is the former Director of King Pine Ski and Snowboard School where she has taught skiing for over 20 years. She loved helping her staff to turn their passion for sliding on snow into creating fun experiences for their guests while offering exceptional customer service. Under Trisha's leadership, she created an environment where a multigenerational staff of over 100 skiers, riders, race coaches and terrain park junkies shared their passion with their guests in a culture where each team member was committed to continuous, never ending improvement, professional growth, personal accountability, impeccable customer service and effective teamwork. As a lifelong learner who is passionate about personal growth and expanding human potential, peace, love and joy in the world, Trisha lives her life by a quote of her long time teacher and mentor: "The greatest contribution you can make to the world is to grown in self-awareness, self-realization, and the power to manifest your own heartfelt dreams and desires. The next greatest thing you can do is to help others do the same." ~Jack Canfield The impact of Covid, a significant health care staffing shortage along with housing shortages in the Mount Washington Valley inspired Trisha to turn Ripple on Silver Lake into mid-term housing for traveling health professionals. At the same time, this gave Trisha more flexibility to care for her Dad, who faced some ongoing health challenges. Trisha is in now focused on sharing a heart-centered life and creating content, courses and experiences that will help others expand their own heart-centered life.
