If you’re finding that you’re at a point in your career where you’re getting the job done but you’re loathing or dreading the work you’re doing, it’s probably time to switch things up a bit. Once you’ve recognized your strengths, and have figured out how you can add the most value through those strengths, you can start focusing on the right opportunities, roles, and career paths that will help you feel the greatest sense of accomplishment. If you reframe the concept of adding value through the lens of solving problems, you’ll be able to better figure out where your specific skill set can best be used.
